Fish Stories and a Salt Water Wash

Yesterday I got to go salmon fishing with my pops. It was a beautiful day on the water and I reeled this bad boy in with in seconds of hitting the fishing ground at about 6:30 am. epic

My friends dog was very interested in the Fish

After fishing I went back to the house and worked with Dylan to finish up his board. All polished and pretty. He was so stoked to have it done. We ran down to the beach just before dark to complete the final step in the surfboard building process, the salt water wash. Any day that begins and ends with fish is a good

Glossy Day

We have been super busy here at JNS Boards since we got back from North Carolina. As promised here some actual surfboard pictures. I glossed this board today, a buddy and I shaped  it last December, he moved away and brought the board back  a couple of days ago to finish it off. It's great to be back at it. Jake

First Fish

We have been on a little vacation to North Carolina and my little boy caught his fist fish his past week. He was super stoked. I will be home this weekend and back to work so stay tuned for some more pictures of actual surfboard making going on.
