The bookstore was rocking last night with people, music and of course, art. Derek from Fotomendo (the proud owner of the
10'6" Picker) swung by to see the board and take some pictures. Check out his tale from the night
here and be sure to look at everything else that is going on at
Fotomendo as well. The board in the pictures is
5'1" x 20 1/4 x 2 1/4 and has salvaged redwood fins. I used a block of resin from the bucket we pour excess resin into and a resin art piece as a display. Leslie (Fatty) has a lot of resin tints into those to pieces, beautiful colors, shes the master. The board with the old growth redwood deck didn't make it to the open because it wasn't quite finished in time. It will be finished in the next day or so and I will get pictures of it and more of the 5'1'' up soon. Thanks to everyone who stopped by last night. Jake
